About Jamie

Jamie Moore (PhD) is an elder and pastor at Mariemont Community Church in Cincinnati, OH.

He holds degrees in music, worship, and theology from Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and B. H. Carroll Theological Institute.

His PhD dissertation was written on the theology and ministry of A. W. Tozer. Jamie’s passion is to help others grow in deep friendship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

For over twenty years, he has served local churches in Texas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma, before coming to Ohio. He has served churches in the areas of youth ministry, music and worship arts, discipleship, and as a senior pastor.

Raised in Texas, Jamie is a huge fan of the Baylor Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Mavericks.

He and his wife, Jess, have two kids (Bailey and Caden) and trained together as a family to become black belts in Tae Kwon Do.
